Bereaved Mama, You’re so worth it, your baby is worth it, your birth is worth it.
Bereavement support can look any way you need it to look. I offer in-person and digital support to love mothers as they move through loss. Even in the midst of deep despair and tragedy, peace can be found. I know that it’s truly a possibility because I experienced it myself. God doesn’t make mistakes and He’s not about to start with you or me. There is also a text-based program called 40 Days to Bloom that is available for you to use. For 40 days, you will receive a text message with an affirmation and healing action step/coping mechanism for you to use. The idea isn’t that you’ll love all 40 but that you’ll deeply resonate with 3-4, putting those in your pocket for easy access for the days, months, and years to come. Our grief never ends; grief is love’s souvenir and Mama, you love so well. Here for you every step of the way.
